In the kingdom of the sea, Charles has always dreamed of the human world, of the surface, of ships, and of the prince he once saved from drowning. When he makes a deal to become human and follow Carlos, he leaves behind his voice, his home, and the protection of his father, the Sea King, whose fear of humans was born from a loss he can never forget. To bring him back, the king sends his most loyal warrior, Lando, with a single mission: to find Charles and return him to the ocean.
